Eating fish has many health benefits, including reducing inflammation.



Recent finding: In a study of the diets of 176 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, those who ate non-fried fish two or more times a week had less rheumatoid arthritis activity - as measured by a combination of swollen and tender joints and a blood marker for inflammation - than those who ate fish once a month or never.
